Vertical and Horizontal Media Filtration
The vertical media collector is a modular filtration unit, typically used to filter mist, dust, smoke, fume, gas, and vapor. Several sizes are available with airflows ranging from 500cfm and higher.
Large VMW Series
The larger VMW Series comes in five versions. The model names correspond with the number of filter modules or stacks of filters. The VMW-3000 has one stack of filters, the VMW-6000 has two stacks of filters, the VMW-9000 has three stacks of filters, these three models have the filter stacks side by side. Then we go into the VMW-12000 which has two stacks in the front and two stacks behind for a total of four stacks of filters. The VMW-18,000 has three stacks in the front and three behind for a total of six stacks of filters. The more stacks of filters the more filter area and the higher amount of airflow or CFM the unit can handle.

VM Series Vertical Media Collection Systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of mist, dust, smoke, fume, and gas/ vapor contaminants generated from a variety of manufacturing and process applications. Our larger Vertical Media Collection Systems modular design provides the ultimate in unit filtration flexibilty or adaptibility enabling them to handle a varietyof airborne contaminants.
Modular design allows for simple intergration of additional filter modules which allow the collectors filter stages to be easily customized to meet the exact filtration requirements of the application. Should contaminants change due to process changes, existing filter modules can be easily added and/or altered to adapt to the new contaminants generated.

• Pull out style bag retaining rods allow filter bags to be installed from outside of the cabinet and hold filter bag pleats in place,keeping bag envelopes evenly spaced for maximum collection
• Improved, final stage Vee-Bag filter sealing is provided by the removable and/or replaceable face sealing frame that eliminates filter leakage and bypass problems found with conventional side-mounted gasket sealing
• Tube type aerospace gaskets create three (3) sealing surfaces for optimum leak resistance.Gaskets are mechanically fastened to the cabinets eliminating problems with adhesives as well as making them extremely easy to replace.
VMW-10, Small VMW Series
The VMW-10 is our smaller version of the larger VMW units, same type of filters, smaller filter area so therefore lower airflows or CFM. The VMW-10 can be machine mounted, floor mounted or hung from a wall or ceiling.
A variety of mounting options are available for this small but powerful, compact collection system. Units can be ceiling hung, floor mounted, or mounted directly on the machine requiring collection. A full line of accessories and options are available to simplify the installation.
Horizontal Media HM Series Units
Horizontal Media Collection Systems (HM) are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of mist, dust, smoke, fume, and gas/ vapor contaminants generated from a variety of manufacturing and process applications.
Our HM Series modular design provides the ultimate in unit filtration flexibility or adaptability enabling them to handle a variety of airborne contaminants. Modular design allows for simple integration of additional filter modules, which allows the collectors filter stages to be easily customized to meet the exact filtration requirements of the application. Should contaminants change due to process changes, existing filter modules can be easily added and/or altered to adapt to the new contaminants generated.
