Features:

  • Electric industrial vacuum cleaner for the recovery of large quantities of coolant/oil mixed with some metal chips
  • The powerhead with dual bypass/dual speed long life motors is mounted directly on the recovery tank
  • The internal volume of the recovery tank is 10.6 cubic feet (300L). There is a basket in the upper part of the recovery tank which collects the metal chips
  • The basket can hold 3.5 cubic feet (100L) of metal chips, which allows 45 gal. (200L) of coolant/oil to be recovered in the lower part of the recovery tank
  • If the basket is removed (or if it is not used), then 78 gal. (300L) of coolant or cutting oil can be recovered
  • Coolant/oil is emptied using the 2.5” drain valve
  • An electric discharge pump is available for emptying the recovered coolant/oil. The flow rate of the optional pump is 80 gallons per minute (300L/min)
  • Four 5” (125 mm) wheels, allow for maximum maneuverability
  • A floater (liquid cut-off) is installed under the powerhead to prevent overfilling

Features:

  • Pneumatic (air-operated) industrial vacuum cleaner for the recovery of large quantities of coolant/oil mixed with some metal chips
  • The single or twin venturi powerhead with 6 mm air jets is mounted directly on the recovery tank
  • The internal volume of the recovery tank is 10.6 cubic feet (300L). There is a basket in the upper part of the recovery tank which collects the metal chips
  • The basket can hold 3.5 cubic feet (100L) of metal chips, which allows 45 gal. (200L) of coolant/oil to be recovered in the lower part of the recovery tank
  • If the basket is removed (or if it is not used), then 78 gal. (300L) of coolant or cutting oil can be recovered
  • Coolant/oil is emptied using the 2.5” drain valve
  • An electric discharge pump is available for emptying the recovered coolant/oil. The flow rate of the optional pump is 80 gallons per minute (300L/min)

Features:

  • Designed for the recovery of metal chips and shavings mixed with oil. Can be used for both aqueous and synthetic based coolants
  • The HOGOIL’s compact size allows it to be quickly moved near and around machinery to facilitate machinery maintenance and to minimize down time
  • Single phase, dual motors - 2-stage heavy duty bypass type
  • Equipped with 2 independent switches (one switch for each motor). There is also an indicator light for when the maximum liquid recovery capacity has been reached
  • The electronic float valve automatically stops the vacuum when the container is full
  • There are two filters installed upstream from the motor - a foam filter and a Dralon pre-filter
  • The 2” (50 mm) suction inlet is positioned below the filters allowing for the recovery of both liquids and solids at the same time
  • Metal chips and shavings are collected in the removable sieve basket. The chips/shavings are separated from the oil as they pass through the sieve basket
  • A 1.25” drain valve is installed on the container for easy emptying of recovered liquids
  • Oil resistant suction hose and a variety of optional accessories are available

The Pump Out vacuums are general purpose vacuums for wet application with the added productivity of automatic discharge. They can be used in water recovery applications are great to work with concrete grinding, marble sanding and floor recovery.

Featuring a water discharge pump and lightweight design, the PUMP-OUT Series are perfect for cleaning up water spills, or for vacuuming water out of recesses in floors. Can be used in water recovery applications where a greater amount of water is collected. They are an excellent choice for concrete grinding, marble sanding and flood recovery.

The series use an incorporated discharge pump to automatically discharge recovered water at a rate of 48 gallons per minute with a 25’ vertical rise. They are available in durable polyethylene tanks that won’t dent or chip or chemical resistant steel tanks that won’t crack or corrode.

The tip & pour series of vacuums are general purpose vacuums that can be used in wet or dry applications and include HEPA critical filtration. They can be used for commercial cleaning, or to collect dust from produced from grinding tools. This series is commonly used in schools, manufacturing, offices and construction environments. These versatile vacuums for great for wet or dry application, with the added productivity of the Tip & Pour design. They can be used in water recovery applications are great to work with concrete grinding, marble sanding and floor recovery.

The Tip & Pour series makes dumping easier with its convenient tip and pour design. They are made up of durable polyethylene tanks that won’t dent or chip, or chemical resistant tanks that won’t crack or corrode. Both models are also available in wet/ dry and HEPA critical filters.

The lightweight polyethylene design is surprisingly tough and is dent-resistant, as well as being highly portable.
