The DVP is designed to vacuum dense and heavy powders that centrifugal based vacuums cannot handle. The Powerlift comes in Electric, Diesel or Propane Powered. It is designed for Powerful on-demand bulk vacuuming.
The DVP Vacuum is a more powerful version of the DVR. Where the DVR excels with lighter dusts, the DVP is more for dense, heavy dusts because the DVP has a positive displacement pump that works harder as the job becomes more challenging.

The DVP Triple-Filtration is so good they last years, and not months. Including HEPA filtration for safe vacuuming of silica dusts, and an internal baffle for the first filtration stage that is designed to deflect abrasive materials. The main filtration stage is a baghouse format with extra-large main filters. The triple-filtration design also means that you won't have downtime due to clogged filters.
The DVP normally requires additional storage. We have several in-line separation systems for easy removal of waste.
We carry a full range of intercept hoppers and portable separators to increase material storage. Our separators intercept vacuumed materials before they get to the filtration system. This is especially good if you are vacuuming abrasive materials in that you can greatly extend the life of the vacuum and the filters as most of the material goes into the hopper. Capacity up to 3 cubic yards and 28″ Hg. vacuum.

FAQ Section
What is a PD Pump?
A positive displacement pump moves a fluid by repeatedly enclosing a fixed volume, with the aid of seals or valves, and moving it mechanically through the system. The pumping action is cyclic and can be driven by pistons, screws, gears, lobes, diaphragms or vanes. There are two main types: reciprocating and rotary.
What kind of electric motors come with this unit?
The DVP Vacuums come with TEFC induction motors that are rated for continuous-duty
Is the DVP Portable?
Yes. The DVP comes with heavy-duty casters for easy movement on a concrete floor. It can also be lifted by a forklift.
Is the Powerlift a good alternative to renting a vacuum truck?
Yes. Several customers have reported that their portable PowerLift Diesel is a huge savings over renting costly vacuum trucks.
We don't have any electricity on site. what are our options?
No problem. We have diesel and propane power.
OSHA says our equipment has to be explosion protected. Can you help us?
Yes. We have explosion vents and flame suppression for combustible dust.
Our dust and weather usually destroys control panels. what can you do to fix this?
We have NEMA 4x / IPA56 panels for weather and dust protection.
I am considering purchasing a system. what is my next step?
