Conductive Industrial Vacuum Hose for Classified Atmospheres

StatMax Static-Conductive Industrial Vacuum Hose
Industrial Vac Hoses for Explosion Proof Vacuums
Impregnation of conductive resin is better static-resistance than a ground wire
Static resistance is measured in units of sheet resistance. A vac hose with a copper ground wire has a lower reading making it "static-dissipating". The Statmax is "Conductive" due to the high concentration of carbon within the formula that makes the hose walls. This concentration of conductive powders in the mix stops the static.
Surface Resistivity Level: 103 - 105 Ohms/Square
Construction: Lightweight polyethylene conductive copolymer hose with a yellow skimcoat reinforced with an integral polyethylene helix
Temperature Range: -40°F to 140°F
Standard Color: Black with Yellow Skimcoat Standard
Lengths: 25 & 50 Feet
StatMax static-conductive vacuum hose is made with a high concentration of conductive resins that allows the hose wall itself to instantly dissipate static. The StatMax’ light weight polyethylene conductive copolymer hose is easy to use, but is built to hold up well in factory settings. StatMax Conductive Hose is safe for use with explosion proof vacuums and in most NFPA Hazardous Locations.
Static Conductive Cuffs and Connectors

In addition to conductive hoses, we also have a full range of cuffs and connectors that are also made with the same conductive resins. The swivel cuff is fantastic for using vacuum hand tools as it allows for much easier reach in tight corners.
The swivel connectors break break up binding points in the hose allowing it to lay flat.
Can be easily cut with your chop saw

The StatMax hose comes in 25' and 50' rolls. It can be easily cut to custom lengths with a compound miter saw. With the screw on cuffs and connectors you can have the hose lengths that work for you instead of dragging 50' of hose around.
We have a full range of food grade, static resistant, abrasion and chemical resistant, hoses and vacuum tools. Fill in the form or give us a call and we will get a quote to you immediately.
