At the heart of the system is the Suction Unit. Several factors, including bulk density of material, quantity being vacuumed, number of operators, will determine which suction unit will work for you.
The CVS suction unit has forklift pockets for easy transportation and up to 29.5 HP.
The unit can be equipped with H14 HEPA Filters.

Designed for centralized systems, the HF industrial vacuum ensures exceptional performance in fixed applications. Its robust powder-coated steel frame provides a sturdy foundation, while the powerful turbine, located at the back of the vacuum and protected by a sheet metal cover, delivers impressive suction power while reducing noise levels. The vacuum features a spacious cylindrical chamber at the front, equipped with a large surface filtering system that includes four independent anti-static polyester cartridges. These cartridges effectively capture dust particles as small as 1 micron. To maintain optimal filter performance, the vacuum incorporates an automatic cleaning system. With a burst of compressed air at 6 bar, the system dislodges dust from the cartridges, causing it to fall into the collection cone, ensuring continuous operation with consistently clean filters.

For unloading purposes, various options are available, including automatic unloading into big bags, open-top containers, or process belts, providing flexibility based on specific needs and requirements.
