The M100H meets all of the February 2025 NFPA 660 build criteria for safe vacuuming of ST1 XP powders in ORDLOC.
Featuring 336 cfm from 120V | 72 dB(A) means the M100 will rapidly clean your range and you will barely notice it is there. By far the most powerful range vac that plugs into a single phase 120V drop.
A range of filtration is available depending on how versatile you need the vacuum to be, and a HEPA after-filter for toxic dusts like lead. Primary filter surface area is 3,700 sq in and there is also a HEPA after-filter. The M100 actually doubles as a HEPA air-cleaner.

An M class polyester filter ensures efficient filtration in the vacuum cleaner. Its unique star-shaped design allows air to pass through the filter even when it becomes dirty. The filter fabric is classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), which signifies that it effectively traps particles up to 1 micron in size. This protects both the motors and the operator from harmful particles in the vicinity of the vacuum cleaner.
Three by-pass motors create the suction power in the vacuum cleaner. Each motor can be controlled individually using a separate switch, allowing the operator to adjust the intake performance. The motors are housed in a robust casing, equipped with a sound-absorbing sponge to ensure minimal noise.
The collected material is stored in a painted container that features a metal handle, allowing for easy detachment from the machine. With the assistance of its four swiveling wheels, the bin can be effortlessly maneuvered and emptied. Each wheel is reinforced to ensure optimal stability while handling the bin.
Located on one side of the filter chamber, an ergonomic manual shaker provides a convenient means for the operator to swiftly and effectively clean the filter. By utilizing this intelligent cleaning system, the operator can easily remove dust and debris from the filter's surface, ensuring continued functionality without the need to replace or wash the filter. This enables uninterrupted work efficiency for the operator.
