HOGOIL STANDARD 120V
The Tiger-Vac® MODEL HOGOIL STANDARD 120V is designed for the recovery of metal chips and shavings mixed with oil. Can be used for both aqueous and synthetic based coolants
120V single phase operation and highly portable. The Hogoil Standard has a 1.25" drain valve and an internal chip basket for easy separation of metal chips and shavings allowing recovery of the coolant liquid.
Featuring a dual motor design with independent switches and a electronic flat valve that shuts off the vacuum at ¾ capacity. Oil resistant hose and a wide range of vacuuming accessories are available.

50 GAL PNEUMATIC SUMP VACUUM MODEL AV1-55
The Tiger-Vac® MODEL AV1-55 is an economical way of cleaning out lathe and milling machine sumps, storage vessels, tanks and barrels.
Fully pneumatic with no electrical parts, so no heat or static electricity is generated while using the AV1-55.
Very low noise levels at around 78 dB(a).
Accessories Included: a 1.5” x 10’ crushproof suction/discharge hose and a 1.5” x 24” aluminum bulk pick-up wand are included. The following optional accessories are also available: - 4 wheel dolly - Air supply hose - Vacuum attachments to cleaning tools and around machinery.

Featuring single phase, dual motors - 2-stage heavy duty bypass type with independent switches and a electronic flat valve that shuts off the vacuum at ¾ capacity. Oil resistant hose and a wide range of vacuuming accessories are available.
Self- Dumping Overturning Hopper
Industrial Vacuum Cleaner (Pneumatic or electric), with Self- Dumping Overturning Hopper (SDOH) for the Recovery of large quantities of Metal Chips mixed with some Oil/Coolant (mostly Solids). Can also be used for dry vacuuming applications
SDOH Pneumatic
The Tiger-Vac® MODEL CS-300L (SDOH) pneumatic (air-operated) industrial vacuum system with Self-Dumping Overturning Hopper (SDOH) for the recovery of large quantities of metal chips mixed with some oil/coolant.
The CS-300L Pneumatic comes in a single or twin venturi design. The twin is a more powerful version for longer hose runs and heavier liquids.
No manual lifting is involved in emptying the unit. Just pick it up with a standard forklift and release the tipping mechanism to empty it. The oil is discharged through a 1" drain valve.
4D-300L
The Tiger-Vac® SDOH Electric CS-300L Electric industrial vacuum system with Self-Dumping Overturning Hopper for the recovery of large quantities of metal chips mixed with some oil/coolant. Operation is similar to the pneumatic model above. With two versions available, a 2.7HP and a 3.2HP both models are 120V single phase operation.

4D-300 (COOLANT/OIL) SERIES
Tiger-Vac® 4D-300 (COOLANT/OIL) SERIES is an Electric industrial vacuum system for the recovery of large quantities of coolant/oil mixed with some metal chips.
This isn't a tipping-hopper like the SDOH series. Instead it has an optional electric discharge pump available with a flow-rate of 80 gallons per minute.
Featuring 5" non-marking wheels for maximum portability a120V operation. There are 2 motor sizes available: 2.7HP and 3.2HP.
