AER PODs are designed for ambient filtration of dust, fumes, smoke, and odors. They provide efficient, cost-effective control of ambient dust contaminants from various manufacturing and processing applications.
Ideal for areas with limited floor space, where a unit with a collection arm may not fit. One or two AER POD units can be strategically placed according to where they are needed pulling dust from four sides.
The motor is positioned out of the dirty air stream. The dirty air volume is less than 8 cu ft, making it a good solution for low KST food dust.
The AER PODs come standard with powder-coated, welded steel construction and feature either a forward-curved, unbaffled blower or a direct-drive, non-sparking blower with baffled discharge and a TEFC motor.

The AER POD draws in pollutants from all four-sides. We can calculate air-changes-per hour (ACH) if you tell us what the dust is, and the dimensions of the room. We can mathematically demonstrate how clean your air will be by showing you the calculations.
Activated Carbon Cell is available for Odors
A 2x24x24 inch Refillable empty Carbon tray fits into each of the four filter walls. Each tray can take 28 lbs. of 4mm activated carbon, potassium permanganate, or coconut shell pellets. Or a combination of different absorption medias. We use the SDS for the vapor to determine the filtration selection.
