We carry a full range of intercept hoppers and portable vacuum systems for concrete and wood floor grinding and sanding. 

These separators are designed to intercept vacuumed materials before they get to the filtration system.  This can save a lot of time on clean up, and it avoids having to clean and change filters as most of the dust goes into the separation chamber. 

The Tiger-Vac® Planet 200S is a 2 in 1 vacuum and intercept hopper that sit on an easy to maneuver cart.  It delivers 270 cfm from a single phase 120V circuit. The HEC 53 Gallon Powder Coat is a pre-separation system for fine dust in a ORDLOC, or non-NFPA Hazardous Location.  It comes with a 4-wheel cart dolly. 

The cyclonic lid can be purchased separately if you wish to use your own 55 gallon drum.
